I was born in Copenhagen (Denmark) in 1969. I studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Design, where I majored in Scenography for film and television . 

Aa a scenographer and an artist I work creatively with visual communication. When I am designing for film and television I focus specifically on designing spaces, props and decorations. As an artist I include painting, drawing, handpulled prints and ceramics. In both worlds I work  conceptually, there is a large overlap, in both art forms, I thinks in images and spaces.
